Do I Have to be an Owner/Operator? Yes! Our name says it all. We want franchisees that make their territory their own. This is a hands-on business, and we want our clients to be more than ecstatic with their “Just Like Family” experience.
How many hours does an Owner/Operator typically work in one week? We work more than what is required, to follow up with our clients and go the extra mile. Our Just Like Family brand includes our reputation to treat all our clients like VIPs!
Does being an Owner/Operator get stressful? Caregiving can lead to burnout, but we provide strategies to help you manage your workload and a supportive network to remind you that we are members of the same team!
What is the initial investment? There is a one-time initial franchise fee of $55,000. The total investment necessary to start and grow your family depends on factors that vary depending on the franchisee. You’ll have a better idea of costs involved after our initial conversation.
